Keto Taco Cups – For a Low Carb Taco Tuesday

Have a low carb taco tuesday with these Keto Taco Cups. Taco is a Mexican dish made with a fried tortilla. Its folded, and filled with various mixtures, such as seasoned meat, beans, lettuce, and tomatoes.

In this low carb version, the taco is made with cheddar cheese. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Spoon about a tablespoon of cheese and spread them a few inches apart. Bake until edges are beginning to turn golden brown.  Form into the shape of a taco on a muffin tin.

Fill with taco cups with filling and then top with avocado, cilantro, and cabbage. This is an easy keto carb dinner recipe you’re going to love!
