Oven Roasted Broccoli – Quick and Easy Recipe

This is a really quick and easy oven roasted broccoli recipe.  I buy pre-cut Kroger Broccoli Florets that saves me time on week day mornings when I don’t have a lot of time. I just pop it in the oven for 12 mins and its ready to go. The broccoli is nice and crispy when its roasted right under the broiler.

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, toss broccoli florets with the extra virgin olive oil and salt.
  2. Spread the broccoli out in an even layer on a baking sheet.
  3. Turn the oven on Broil - Hi Setting
  4. Place the baking with the broccoli on the top most rack
  5. Set time for 12 mins
  6. Remove the broccoli from the oven and let it cool
