Spicy Gluten Free Pizza

My go to spicy gluten free pizza recipe uses a naturally gluten free pizza crust. I use this chebe bread to make the pizza crust mix. Chebe Bread (pronounced CHEE-bee) is distinctive cheese bread originating from Brazil. Chebe bread pizza mix is naturally gluten-free and primary ingredient is with tapioca flour.

For this recipe, I make a spicy pizza sauce with tapioca flour and spice power that makes the sauce gluten free as well. Cayenne pepper and smoked paprika added to the sauce add the needed spiciness to the pizza and can be adjusted to meet your spice level preference.

This spicy gluten free pizza crust is a unique recipe, easy to make and tastes delicious. You can also make a vegan version of this recipe by substituting the cheese and milk dairy free alternatives.
